Executive Order 14162 — U.S. withdrawal from the Paris Agreement (second term)

Summary

On day one of the second term, the White House ordered the United States out of the Paris Agreement again. Executive Order 14162 told the State Department to file the withdrawal and dropped the related climate-finance pledges. No Senate vote. The same sequence as 2017–2020, run on inauguration day.
